Payment and Delivery
In ordering, you have a choice of payment and delivery modes.
If you wish that we ship you the item, it will be sent either regular post or Xpresspost. That option is selectable on the order page for one or two CD disks. For larger shipments, the postage cost will be calculated depending on weight or number of disks. Above a shipment value of $100, we will add a charge for insurance (only the actual cost which we are charged by the carrier). For items which are not CDs and which need to be sent via Parcel Post, the customer will be charged what the post office or courier company charges us - we are not charging a handling fee nor trying to make money on the shipping charges.
If you are ordering from outside Canada, the GST on your purchase will not be charged; but GST will have to be charged on the shipping cost. Shipping charges quoted on the order page include the GST for those charges.
To make payment, either
1. print the form which follows the order process and mail it with cheque to:

2. phone 1-800-231-7594 or 1-780-428-2356 to give credit card information to the staff, or
3. fax the front faces of your driver's licence and credit card to 1-780-425-9181.
If in Edmonton, of course, you can simply add the note that you will come by to pick up the item and pay at that time. |
