The third generation of a line that began in 2001, the T-50RP MK3 is based on Fostex's Regular Phase magnetic planar technology, which they have been developing since 1974. Half a century of expertise is condensed into a 50-ohm semi-open headphone, designed for studio monitoring but adopted far beyond that context. Its planar transducer, robust construction, and sensitivity to modifications have made it one of the most discussed headphones in the audio community.
